Free Sample Policy

At Tuokri, we value building long-term partnerships with our clients. To support your confidence in our products, we offer a flexible sample policy:

  1. Refundable Sample Fee (MOQ 20 pcs Orders):

    • If you place a bulk order of 20 pieces or more (MOQ), we will fully refund the sample product cost in your final invoice.

    • However, the shipping cost for the sample will be the buyer’s responsibility.

  2. Free Samples for Regular Customers:

    • For our regular business partners, we offer free samples for any new product development or customizations tailored to your requirements.

    • This includes adjustments in design, material, color, branding, or any product innovation based on your needs.

  3. Custom Sample Requests:

    • Custom product samples requested by first-time clients may incur a nominal sample fee (refundable as per point 1) plus shipping.
