What is the sample policy?
Samples in 7–10 business days. Sample fee refundable on first order of 20+ pcs; shipping paid by buyer. Regular customers get free new samples.

What leather and hardware do you use?
Full‑grain/top‑grain hides with your choice of finish; premium hardware (e.g., YKK zippers) and custom trims.

What are payment terms?
Typically 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. Bank transfer preferred; PayPal available for samples.

Do you offer warranty/returns for B2B?
12‑month workmanship warranty. Report any defects within 7 days of receipt for fast resolution.

How do you ship and who pays duties?
Express, air, or sea. Under DDP we handle duties/taxes; otherwise buyer is importer of record.
